Saltburn

‘Saltburn’ is a dark comedy and unsettling at times but it has an appreciative art form. The story is about a dark obsession and I felt the film takes you out of your comfort zone and into an atypical twilight zone.

‘Saltburn’ has a well-crafted narrative and captures the essence of British cinema.
The film is set in quintessential England and the cinematography is beautiful.
I admired the impressive talent of Barry Keoghan.  There were many unexpected turns – I felt intrigued, hopeful, sympathetic, anxious, shocked and ultimately amazed.

It is noteworthy to mention that ‘Saltburn’ is not for the faint-hearted, particularly due to its explicit sexual content. This bold choice in storytelling may polarize audiences with its explicit nature. However, for those seeking a slow-burning exploration of character analysis and relationships, the film offers a distinctive experience.
